Nancy Parsons is an associate and registered patent attorney in the intellectual property law firm of Seager Tufte Wickhem. She is based in the firm’s Minneapolis, Minnesota office.
Nancy’s practice concentrates on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the U.S. and abroad, and patentability searches.
Prior to joining Seager, Tufte & Wickhem in 2003, Nancy was an Examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office, examining patent applications in the field of immunology. Nancy also worked as a Patent Agent for the USDA and various law firms.
Nancy is a member of the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA), American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), and the American Bar Association (ABA).
She received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, her M.S. in Immunology and Molecular Genetics from Albany Medical College, and her B.S. in Microbiology from South Dakota State University.
